Raid to field

: Surprise picture for Saranna of her character Deadache!

: First time I saw Deadache I knew I wanted to draw it multiple times. One of them was this kind of picture where character doesn't have metal accessories and scars on head are clearly visible.
It was extremely fun to make her because I knew some gore and blood here and there doesn't spoil the character. I think the character turned out in a way I wanted and I belive Dede is recognizable even without accessories. Fitting backround and perspective with a jumping pose proved to be a bit challenging but I think I managed to achieve outcome I can mostly be happy with. I put much effort on shadows but I'm not completely satisfied with them.
I propably enjoyed too much drawing the blood. It was also fun to draw the victim although spine was challenging. I tried to put effort on background but I find it bit empty. I didin't have ideas what to put on the field. It was surprisingly challenging to draw crows and I think I made them a bit too detailed. After all they are just elements on the background.
